Cancellation Policy
+Cancellations / Reschedules that occur on the day of your appointment or less than 24 hours before will be charged 25% fee of the scheduled service.
+Clients that no call/no show to a scheduled appointment will be charged a 'no show' fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
+ I allow a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals, showing past this grace period will result in cancellation/reschedule with a 50% fee of the scheduled service. Please be aware that showing up late may result in a shortened service, as it it unfair to the next client to run into their appointment time.
+ Services provided are nonrefundable after treatment has been received. All retail products are non refundable after purchase.
